Package & Scheduling Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you may do so online, up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. To do this, follow the link provided in your confirmation email. If you cancel a lesson, you will be refunded less a 3% payment processor fee.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.

All no-shows will be charged for the full price of the booked lesson.

If we deem the weather to be unsafe or inadequate for the lesson you have scheduled, we can reschedule, or you will be refunded in full.

You may use the value of your package for towards any lesson type. Packages expire after 180 days. You can view the balance remaining and the expiration date of your package in your customer account.

Safety Policies

Students must wear a helmet and lifejacket while on the water, and must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times. We have these requirements for your safety. Violating them will result in the termination of your lesson, and all future lessons, with no refund.

Shipping, Return, & Warranty Policies

We do not accept returns for of used or new products. All sales are final.

Foil Camp does not take responsibility for items being damaged in transit. All shipments are FOB origin, which means we do not take responsibility for them once picked up by the carrier.

Any warranty claims for new items purchased from us, should be filed and handled directly between the purchaser and the manufacturer. Foil camp does not provide any assistance or guarantees of the manufactures warranty.
